With over 10 years of experience within the company, I’ve had the opportunity to grow alongside it, taking on various roles and increasing responsibilities that have shaped my understanding of operations, leadership, and strategy. Now as our Chief Operating Officer I have the privilege and responsibility of driving efficiency, growth and innovation at every level of the business.

🛠️ Skills & Passion: As a business process expert skilled at change management and technology integration, I am passionate about leading teams and driving growth through the integration of technology and business process enhancements to ensure that JNS continues to thrive in a competitive and rapidly expanding market.
💡 Favorite Project/Initiative: One of the most rewarding projects I have been involved with at JNS is the design, implementation, and ongoing management of a massive technology integration project involving every aspect of the company. I am deeply involved in both the business process enhancements and the mapping of our process to a range of leading technology solutions to streamline and propel our operation.
🤝 Teamwork and Growth: Teamwork has always been at the core of my approach to business. Over many years, I’ve worked alongside incredibly talented teams across various departments, building strong collaborative relationships that drive our shared success. Now as a leader, a fundamental personal mandate is fostering an environment where open communication, mutual respect, and a shared vision are key to achieving our goals and enhancing our operational efficiency. We all must succeed as a company and as individuals.
